I believe that throughout our lifetime each of us is called to discover and integrate who we truly are. We’re called to uncover our true nature(s) beneath the debris of trauma and old conditioning. We’re called to set ourselves free. This process of integration is central to long-lasting wellness because it is precisely from this place that we’re able to participate fully in our lives and our relationships. Through the process of integration, we get to discover parts we have forgotten, we get to grow a capable inner parent and we get to connect with and heal our inner child.
My approach is collaborative, relational and trauma-informed, but most importantly it is guided by a unique set of needs each person and each couple brings forth. Some of my therapeutic offerings include inner child work, mindfulness skills, depth and attachment-based psychotherapy, Imago relational therapy, expressive art therapy and somatic work.
