The Adolescent DBT group

This is a comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy group that encompasses Social Skills, Self Esteem, Anger Management, and lessons on Coping Skills. The Group is tailored for youth 12-18, session topics can and will be changed to accommodate goals of youth who are seeking treatment. DBT is a thorough evidence based approach that makes available the skills to regulate emotions that cause stress in one or more areas in their lives. DBT encompasses Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Relationships and Distress Tolerance to help youth let go of judgement of themselves and others, set appropriate boundaries and increase their communication skills.

GRASP

All 3 locations (Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale). Times/dates vary depending on need and location. GRASP is our all inclusive adolescent intensive outpatient program. This programs include groups such as; DBT, Trauma, Substance Abuse, and Creative/Expressive Arts. These programs entails 3 days of group therapy and also individual counseling. Our goal for your adolescent is to have a program that encompasses all their needs to be the best they can be.This program accepts most major insurance and is eligible for our sliding fee scale. IOP - Intensive Program- Adults & Adolescents

Life brings us many situations. At times we need extra help to process and get through. Sometimes we even feel like giving up. Our intense program has several components to help bring life into balance and restore hope for a better tomorrow. We have a program for adolescents and another for adults. Program includes group and individual sessions. Days listed are for adults without substance abuse issues. Other dates and times are available when substance abuse is a concern. In addition, the adolescent groups are available at times other than those listed. All Lifeline locations have all the groups.
