After years of working in the business world, I had the desire to change direction and professions. I wanted to work with and make a difference in people's lives. My passion is the field of addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders.
My approach to therapy is a collaborative process that is experienced as open, respectful, energized, and purposeful. I respect my clients as the ultimate experts in finding solutions that are right for them. We will work together to develop skills and strategies to deal with challenges according to the client's own needs and values.

Mindful Recovery & Wellness
An ongoing therapy group for people with substance use problems and other addictive disorders. This experiential group will be supportive, educational, process oriented. The focus of this therapy group is to develop a new relationship with addictive behaviors through exploring wellness recovery needs, mindfulness and relapse prevention strategies. This group is intended for people who are interested in building or maintaining recovery skills.
