Heather L Jacobson, PhD, Psychologist in Edmonds
Are you feeling down, anxious, burnt out, or stuck? Are you struggling in your relationships? I can help. As a therapist, my goal is to instill hope and work collaboratively with you towards healing, growth, and change. I believe that growth comes from becoming more connected to other people in healthy ways. I will work with you to help you gain insight into the ways your thoughts, feelings, and relational patterns impact your behaviors and life experiences. We will work together to find practical ways for you to move from insight to experience in your life.
I work with adolescents and adults and particularly enjoy helping college students and young adults. I see clients for issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and identity issues. I also work with clients who have eating disorders, are survivors of sexual abuse, and who engage in self-harm and/or experience suicidal ideation.
I am located in downtown Edmonds and have flexible hours to see clients on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I welcome the chance to meet you and participate with you in your process of growth.
