I have been in practice since 2008 in a variety of settings. While able to work with a wide range of issues, I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. I offer a practical approach often suggesting books, worksheets and journaling to help bridge the gap between appointments. We will build an approach that works best for your needs and concerns.
I offer daytime and afternoon appointments Monday - Friday. Virtual sessions allow for zero commute and the ability to remain in your own space while navigating complex thoughts and emotions.
