On the practical level, we strive to overcome and surpass ("soar-past") our challenges. On the deeper level, we hope to gain wisdom from our challenges, moving us towards greater meaning and intentionality.
My intention is to work collaboratively with you through both levels. Life may not be problem-free but the challenges don't have to own you. We work together to identify where to focus intention and attention. Our process will be eclectic, intuitive, highly personalized and of course, practical.
We will use "tools" that best fit your circumstances and your personal vision, from the practical to the esoteric. Examples include practical counseling techniques, mindfulness, experiential techniques, trauma-informed approaches, EMDR and whole brain processing, hypnosis, guided visioning and strategies for experiencing higher states of consciousness.
