I provide services to individuals and couples who struggle with anxious and depressive symptoms, which may include but not limited to self-injurious behaviors, anger outbursts, low self esteem, addiction, relationship issues, and difficulty adjusting to unexpected life events, etc.
Working with couples is one of my specialties. I help couples build effective communication skills, find happiness again in their relationship, and learn new ways to connect. I provide treatment to individuals of all ages who need support in various areas, such as coping skills, thinking patterns, and processing through past/recent trauma, etc.
