I specialize in anxiety and depression, maternal mental health (infertility, pregnancy, miscarriage, bringing baby home, postpartum, juggling motherhood and life etc.) as well as women's well-being, and life transitions (divorce, job change/loss, grief/loss).
I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques in my practice; however, I understand that each person is unique and may need different approaches to help reach their therapy goals.
