I approach therapy with great compassion and respect for those who seek it. I provide a safe space to talk about whatever's on your mind. I offer short-term practical help as well as more in-depth exploration.
I have specialized training in Relational Life Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Bowenian Systems, Inner Child work, the Developmental Model for Couples, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), EMDR, psychodynamic depth work, as well as other approaches. All sessions occur on Zoom, and I've found these to be very warm and effective once we settle in.
