The process of psychotherapy functions at its best with a creative, client-centered approach, guided by empathy and respect. I operate from a holistic and relational framework, bringing warmth, compassion, and humility to all of my work. I specialize in substance use, co-occurring disorders, and spirituality and do both individual and group work with adults.
