I assist people to increase self-esteem and a sense of what's possible, personally and professionally. I also assist people in letting go of bad habits, limiting beliefs and to recover from traumatic types of experiences. This allows for greater motivation to do necessary tasks and important projects. As a person lets go of ideas about themselves that have negatively affected how they feel about themselves and also perceptions of how others felt about them, growth happens in every area of their life. I use a combination of Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and for those interested, spiritual principles.
My specialities are Hypnotherapy, Medical Support Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a combination of the two called Inner Mind Sourcing. I am passionate about mind change work, experiencing first hand the effectiveness of these processes. These principles apply personally and professionally, allowing you to achieve life goals.
