Welcome! My approach is warm, personable and non-judgmental. I work collaboratively with clients to find real solutions that work for their lives. The focus is on you and together we can get you from where you are now to where you want to be! I have a lot of experience with addiction, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I am a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LAADC) in addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Assisting people who are struggling with difficult issues is the heart of what I love to do.
I am not interested in what you can't do but in what you can do: your strengths, abilities and talents! We will use all of those in collaboratively arriving at solutions to the problems you find yourself faced with currently. There is solution and you can feel better. Success is attainable!
