I am a dedicated clinical social worker with expertise in the specialized areas of trauma, LGBTQI+ issues, and relationship dynamics. My practice encompasses working with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to PTSD, neuro-diversity, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
As a qualified EMDR therapist, I employ this evidence-based technique, along with EFT, CBT, and talk therapy, to effectively address trauma. Originally developed for treating PTSD, EMDR has demonstrated efficacy in clinical trials for recovery from trauma with diverse origins.
My clientele spans across all age groups, and I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment in my office where clients receive support and respect. I offer my services at my private practice on Thur/Fri, and All Seasons Mental Health on Mon/Tues/Wed. I am conveniently situated in Boise, and I also provide online sessions through telehealth.
