I coach couples to build a strong foundation for a high functioning and successful marriage! Using a blend of action-oriented skill building and learning to see your relationship in a new way, I support you and your fiancé to find more joy and peace in your relationship. I have a masters degree in Clinical Psychology and have worked with clients since 2011, both in California and North Carolina.
My unique approach starts with a 4 phase process to learn and develop skills, tools and relational awareness. This work can be done remotely or in person. Over the course of just a few months, I can help you prepare to step across the threshold into marriage with connection and confidence!
