Dr. Liana Gerdov, LCPC, PsyD, Counselor in Palatine
My goal is to see you grow, transform, challenge yourself, and kick those negative ways of thinking & being to the curb! I assist clients in exploring factors that keep them feeling stuck, exhausted and fearful of reaching their goals and truly living! My goal is to make sure that your voice is heard and your treatment is customized! I have significant experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, substance abuse, self-esteem, weight loss, grief, chronic pain and sleep disorders.
I incorporate traditional psychotherapy with deeper methods such as Heart-centered hypnotherapy, mindfulness meditation, life coaching, art therapies and energy healing in my work. This provides a much deeper and more profound healing experience, guidance, insight and affirmations... leading to profound and lasting changes!
Counseling is a very enlightening journey. It allows you to overcome obstacles, to search within, to change old negative patterns, and promote self-growth. I am honored to be with you every step of the way! I am here to keep you accountable, centered and forever transformed!
