All I want to do each day is to help clients learn who they truly are and help them let go of the negative beliefs and stories that define them. It is, without a doubt, my purpose here. You can “reboot” yourself by changing both your beliefs about yourself and your brain. Core beliefs and your brain dictate your behavior and choices. Whether it's trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, BiPolar, OCD or other challenge, we will work at your foundation, not focus solely on rearranging surface daily thoughts.
I am Board Certified in Neurofeedback, so I use current technology, based on neuroscience, to address underlying conditions that keep you stuck. I am also EMDR level II trained, which means I help you get to the bullseye of your issues, typically causing drastic changes in the perception of yourself and the world, within just a few months.
Neurofeedback and EMDR are individually and in combination, powerful therapies addressing issues from the inside out. When the brain is trained to be more efficient, client progress is much more rapid and long lasting.
