My expertise includes obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and specific phobias. I am a graduate of the International OCD Foundation's Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).
Treatment is conducted within a cognitive behavioral framework and relies heavily on Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) as well as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which are evidence based treatments for OCD and anxiety disorders.
