Do you feel stuck? Is there a barrier preventing yourself or your child from living to life's fullest potential? Are you someone who feels frustrated or not in control? I am here to help. My primary focus is to help you identify, manage and overcome a variety of barriers, issues, and patterns that are preventing you from functioning at your highest level and help you to regain control. In doing so, self esteem and confidence will be greatly increased and your ability to resolve such issues on your own in the future will be achieved.
I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from The George Washington University and then went on for my Masters in Social Work from New York University. I specialize in anxiety and depression in adults and adolescents aswell as parent training, mood disorders, nutrition, eating disorders, addictive behavior and personality disorders.
The first step to a better you is acknowledging something in ones life isn't working and then having the courage and motivation to take action. Feel free to give me a call for a consultation. I look forward to speaking with you.
