I have 20 years of therapeutic experience treating children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am certified in perinatal mental health and trauma focused treatment. I use a strength-focused modality that consists of behavioral, mindful treatment practices to ensure that together we are consistently working to help you meet your goals.
