Renee Michaels Ph.D, PhD, LCSW, CAP, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Clearwater
Is anxiety keeping you from living a full life? Is worry/fear racing around your brain and affecting you at work or school? Do you get irritable when you are stressed? Do you experience difficult relationships? Have you been to traditional therapists and not had much long-lasting success? I want to help you. I will teach you how your brain protects you in so-called scary situations but sabotages your success and abundance you want and deserve. I provide CBT/DBT informed individual therapy as well as groups.
We begin with a look inside the brain to help you understand why you are feeIing this way. You will no longer feel as if you have no control. You will receive tools to put in your daily practice that will set you on a path of healing and mindfulness.
This path begins for you in a comfortable home-setting where there are NO mental health signs. We also have groups for teens and adults that run weekly.Groups are small to get more individual time. I look forward to helping you meet your goals.
