I specialize in trauma informed care and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. IFS helps us focus inward and acknowledge how the burdens from the past might be playing a role in our current life. It allows us to be more present to ourselves and these parts of our personalities, with the ultimate goal of bringing healing and harmony to our inner system.
Therapy is a potent space where we hold and process the pains of the past as well as connect with our inner Self. I am honored to do this work and welcome people who feel on the margins, creatives, spiritual seekers, and those who are sensitive and feel deeply.
