I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) & National Certified Counselor (NCC) whose clinical interests include cognitive and behavioral modifications, multicultural identity development, and interpersonal relationships. Through individual, couples, family, or group counseling we can work together to overcome your depression, anxiety, grief, work & career issues, stress, addiction, or relational conflicts.

Small Talk Wellness Retreat
A single-day wellness experience designed for attendees to relax, recharge, and reignite personal growth and well-being. Attendees will leave refreshed and renewed with practical wellness tools, and genuine connections to both the self and others. Attendees will foster authentic conversations with their peers on shared challenges and experiences. The Emerald Couch Wellness Retreat is an inclusive, health-based environment for all.

Bibliotherapy is a therapeutic, creative arts modality that utilizes narratives and the reading of specific texts with the purpose of healing and improving mental health. Join us in-person at the Small Talk office or virtually for our 4-week discussion series.
