Hello my name is Dr. Arlene Garcia. I have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. My experience includes offering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and helping people work through various issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, family issues, grief and loss. I believe that we all have sources of resilience and I am passionate about helping people make change in their lives through realizing their strengths.
My areas of specialty include techniques and interventions such as EMDR, mindfulness, meditation, CBT, and solution focused therapy. I work with individuals and young adults.
