I hope to create a safe space where vulnerability and honesty can be practiced and valued. My therapeutic relationship with my clients is most important to me; I develop and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships full of genuine discussion, rigorous honesty and self-reflection. I enjoy working with couples who are feeling disconnected and unheard, parents struggling to understand and effectively guide and influence their child, women who want to learn healthy boundaries in order to achieve relationships with themselves and others that are authentic, and families struggling with codependency and enmeshment.
I have experience working in a variety of treatment settings, including community mental health, school counseling, outpatient, and inpatient adolescent treatment. In all of these settings, my focus has always been helping my clients learn from and grow within the influential family systems they are part of.
I serve individuals, couples and families and am multiculturally sensitive and welcoming to diverse populations. My practice is a safe, judgement-free space for healing and growth.
