My graduate training is in clinical social work and I completed four years of additional psychodynamic training. In treatment l will work with you on how your life can more closely reflect your values and what might be getting in the way. Life doesn't change for the better by accident. It changes with intention.
Although I am trained in psychoanalysis, I have a very down to earth, grounded approach to treatment. Therapy assists with change, gives greater meaning to your life and increases a sense of wholeness and integration. I love what l do.
