I have worked in the mental health field since 2002. Since moving back to Utah in 2015 I have worked for Valley Behavioral Health, provided therapy at Park City High School, Park City Hospital and more recently for University of Utah Huntsman Outpatient. I have experience treating a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds. I typically work with individuals ages 12 and up using solution focused, CBT, ACT, MI, DBT, and develop insight and coping skills to problem solve and create and maintain resiliency. I bring empathy and calmness to my practice. I treat depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma and other issues.
I am offering therapy at a competitive rate via multiple video platforms including Zoom. Other video platforms are offered per request.
My rate for outpatient therapy for in person 55 minute sessions is as follows: $115 for individual therapy in person and via zoom/remote media. Couples & Family therapy rates negotiated with Jeremy.
