Moynihan Counseling Services, MA, LMHC, Counselor in Rochester
I am here to help you change your life, and to learn how to cope with the challenges that you are struggling with right now. Depression and anxiety can be big barriers that keep you from doing the things that you want and feeling the way that you want. In therapy together I will help you to learn and build upon the strengths that you already have to help you learn how to feel better. My clients have experienced an improvement in their ability to cope with their mood, feel more confident, and have a better life outlook overall.
My approach is person-centered, and comes from a place of non-judgment, warmth, and support. For over ten years I have helped clients learn how to change the thoughts and behaviors that caused them to struggle, and ultimately learn how to cope and feel better about themselves.
I'm located at the Harvard Street Integrated Wellness Center near Park Avenue with convenient off-street parking and near several RTS stops and Zagster Stations. I offer a Safe Space for all identities, orientations and backgrounds. For quickest response, email is the best way to reach me.
