I have been in the field for 20 years and would love to hear your story and work with you to find a solution to your life challenges. I work with clients that have experienced childhood trauma to include sexual abuse and witnessing domestic violence, difficult life changes, cutting, suicidal tendencies, marital issues, relationship issues and more. I also work with children that have ADHD, and behavior issues.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for children and adults, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), grief counseling, DBT and work with client that have PTSD.
I am tranquil, and peaceful in nature. I support holistic living and always try to find an alternate way to heal the mind other then psychotropic medications. I served 24 years in the military, have deployed to Iraq and am a disabled Vet.
