I have been working with children, adolescents, and families for several years. I have worked in all types of outpatient settings including children's hospitals. I specialize in treating anxiety and mood related disorders as well as OCD and ADHD. I also work with parents to help them learn how to navigate the journey with their individual child's emotional and developmental needs. Parents of toddlers are welcome too! I am a mother myself so I know and understand the daily struggles and the endurance raising a child takes. I want to help!
I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is problem-solution focused. You and/or your child won't just come sit on a couch and talk about your feelings. We will work on building a skill set to help you and your family. I also specialize in the assessment of ADHD and learning disabilities.
