Naomi Wahler, PhD, Psychologist in San Diego
Are you feeling really overwhelmed or hopeless and find that you are coping with alcohol and prescription medications? Are you noticing that it's not working like it used to and you're having a hard time cutting back? You might be trying to manage emotions with activities that help you feel better for a short time but perhaps the cost is starting to outweigh the benefits. I believe many of us go through times like this when we are tired of struggling. I am passionate about working together to find a healthy and authentic way for you to live!
I have a collaborative style and I find the healing power of laughter, joy, and gratitude to be invaluable in therapy. I specialize in addictive behaviors, LGBTQIA-affirming therapy, and building resilience for those trying to understand how they can live a genuine and authentic life.
I was born and raised in San Diego so I'm proud that my 12+ years of service in mental health have been in this community. Check out my website for more information about what psychotherapy I provide or contact me for a free 20 minute consultation.
