AnnChristine Johnson, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Franklin
Often life can get overwhelming, and we can feel stuck. My passion is walking alongside of children, teens, and adults as we sort through life changes, depression, anxiety, or old wounds to find healing and clarity. I strive to create a safe, non judgmental environment and treat each client with respect and understanding.
Working in community mental health for three years has provided me the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele. My focus has been working with children/teens using Play Therapy and expressive therapies. I also have experience working with adults facing depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, and unresolved trauma.
I am trained in Play Therapy, EMDR, Family Systems, and TF-CBT. I also have experience working through an attachment perspective. I practice from an integrative view point, meaning I pull from several different theories to find what fits best for you.
