I am honored to provide clients a safe/brave space to make meaning about their lives. I practice attachment oriented EMDR and narrative therapy, and I utilize concepts from family systems and creative expression.
I also provide therapeutic services to athletes of all ages suffering from fatigue, performance anxiety, and body issues.
