I provide treatment to adults and offer couple's counseling. I specialize in treatment of a wide range of emotional struggles including depression, anxiety, anger management, self esteem, relationship issues, and much more.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dialectial Behavioral Therapy within treatment for an evidence based, effective approach to treating areas of struggle.
