I specialize in helping individuals who are battling depression, anxiety or unresolved trauma. I aim to enhance each client's insight, resiliency and hope to help them achieve their fullest potential. The foundation of my psychotherapy is based on the Adlerian and Existential approach to help you reevaluate and find meaning and purpose in your life. I also incorporate neuroscience psychoeducation to help you better understand the mind and brain connection, and how change is possible.
Our focus in therapy will be working together to redefine your outlook on life. Your experience is unique, therefore therapy will be personalized to meet your wellness goals. I offer individual and couples therapy and have availability during evening and weekend hours to best accommodate those with eventful schedules.

Women's Support Group: Life After Infidelity
Group is currently inactive. This group is for women who have experienced infidelity in their marriage or relationship. The purpose of this women's group is to initiate discussion on why people cheat, and the emotional instability it can cause as a result. I understand Infidelity is a perverse topic due to feelings of shame, embarrassment and even guilt. This group will give you an opportunity to share and identify with other women, and develop a new framework for understanding relationships.
