I will push you out of your comfort zone, support you when you stumble, and celebrate your successes along the way as you start living the life you want and deserve. I often incorporate wholistic wellness practices into my sessions as well as mindfulness techniques.
I focus on helping clients understand how their thoughts shape their lives. We will work on increasing self-esteem, enhancing relationships, gaining a better work/life balance, and decreasing stress. We will clarify what is important, and work on living a more well balanced and satisfying life.
I have been a counselor for over twenty years. In that time, I have helped an array of clients learn what is holding them back, and helped them with a plan to move forward and find more satisfaction in their lives.
