Hello! I am a licensed therapist and I'm skilled at helping others to navigate an array of challenges by cultivating growth, building skills, deepening insight and awareness, and fostering meaningful relationships. My approach is rooted in mindfulness to build awareness and insight into one's thoughts, feelings, actions, and personal experience. With increased awareness you will be able to "slow down" and better understand what is happening so you can respond effectively to challenges rather than react in old, unhelpful ways. I will also teach you skills to help you relate to yourself and others with kindness.
I have helped others to heal from past pain and loss and form new relationships based on trust, helped people find their voice and build a sense of self that feels authentic and whole, as well as overcome anxiety and all the "what ifs" that don't seem to end.
I am a longtime meditator and seeker, and I incorporate Western psychology, neuroscience, and Eastern wisdom traditions in my work. I am equal parts informative and educational as explorative, collaborative, and creative.
