Are You Feeling Overwhelmed, Hopeless, and Unsure Where to Turn? Does everyone else seem to think you've got it all together, yet inside, you feel totally out of control? In addition to conventional therapy we offer art therapy and activities with our horses to address mental and behavioral health issues for women, adolescents, military personnel and veterans in a multi-faceted treatment approach with evidence of positive treatment outcomes.
Natalie offers a variety of counseling services through her counseling practice. Each is designed to help you live a more fulfilling, engaging and intentional life. Alongside conventional therapy, she offers Art Therapy and Equine Assisted Mental Health as an invitation to the many healing benefits of cultivating creativity, horses, nature, movement.
I am a certified equine assisted mental health practitioner. I am able to offer equine assisted sessions. (EAMH) is an experiential approach to therapy in which participants work one on one with horses and the development of horsemanship skills that are experiential, relational and supportive in nature to address mental health issues.
