I focus on helping clients access emotional healing, self discovery, self regulation, and to reach more satisfying relationship connection. I am an ACEP Certified EFT ( tapping ) Practitioner and Certified Advanced Imago Relationship Therapist with over 25 years experience counseling individuals, couples and families. My ongoing trainings in Energy Psychology methods offer ways to help clients discover what is standing in their way of optimal enjoyment of life, achieving what they wish to, and learning how unprocessed past experiences have caused impasses. Healing is safely accessible with these approaches and client-centered.

Balanced self regulation of our reactivity is key to the healing process. Unsatisfying and imbalanced relationships are often filled with reactive behaviors that cause anguish and isolation. EFT assists with developing self regulation of our reactive states ( fight, flight, freeze and fawn ) so we can feel more present and connected in all our experiences.
