My approach to therapy is collaborative and interactive, where we work together to reach your goals in a safe and supportive environment. Together we can find new ways to uncover your strengths and resources and make changes that leave you more balanced, happy, and authentic. My style is warm and curious and I seek to create relationships attuned to each client.
My primary interest is helping male survivors of childhood sexual abuse, though I work with a wide range of people dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and phase of life challenges.
