I specialize in working with individuals and couples who need support in overcoming and dealing with stress, adjustments, anxiety, depression, communication and relationship struggles. I work collaboratively with patients to identify goals and a picture of where they would like to be. I provide a space for processing challenges, gaining tools & insight.
