I also offer video counseling to make sure that scheduling in an hour devoted to enhancing your life on a weekly basis doesn't become another "to-do list" item. With a referral and authorization, I also provide formal psychological testing to help anxiety, depression, and PTSD. For people I see on an ongoing basis, I offer emotional support animal documents.
