I have extensive experience providing therapy to teens ages 16 and older, adults, and couples. I use hypnosis/hypnotherapy along with other research based therapy techniques. I focus on client's current problems and life circumstances and aim to help clients find solutions to life challenges and focus on living in ways that are meaningful to them.
I believe in two crucial concepts regarding therapy: change comes through connecting differently and relationship is central to experience. I help my clients to facilitate changes in their relationships-the relationships they have with themselves, each other, and with their problems.
