Being a mom can have its moments and challenges as well as have times of joy and laughter. Women who are mothers to teens often experience a variety of challenges and experiences specific to this group. The struggle for independence, anxiety, competition, and a myriad of other concerns that may arise for your teens or yourselves. Our weekly group will meet to share, process, support and understand these challenges. You will learn how to better seek support for yourselves and how to support those you love.
