My core methods are evidence based and I keep a wholistic perspective- recognizing people as physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual beings.
I operate through telehealth/ video therapy, which allows you to have more flexibility in meeting with me. I commonly address concerns, such as, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, family & life transitions, challenges stemming from early childhood, spirituality, and grief & loss.
I have almost 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families is various settings. focusing on the individual as physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. I respect people from all walks of life, but when desired by the client I am ready to incorporate into sessions my core faith in God's grace and redemption.
