DBT for Binge Eating
Do you find yourself: Eating large amounts of food in one sitting, especially when you are upset? Feeling little control over how much you eat? Not feeling able to stop after you start to eat? Experiencing guilt and shame surrounding eating? This group is for you! We will incorporate dialectical behavior therapy skills to gain control of your eating and manage intense emotions. This group will meet on Wednesday evenings.
