*currently accepting new clients for day time appointments* Have you experienced trauma that has left you feeling a lack of control, depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or incapable of actively engaging with your environment? Therapy should assist you in regaining a sense of control and allow you to develop the skills to reengage with your environment in a positive and hopeful manner. My goal is to provide a safe space to process your thoughts and learn effective skills to work through the memories and images you may experience on a daily basis.
Whether the trauma occurred in your past or you are currently facing a difficult situation my goal is to provide a non judgmental and compassionate environment. The symptoms related to trauma effects all people regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or ability, therefore all are welcome.
I understand that discussing the events of ones life can be scary and overwhelming at any age. I hope to provide a welcoming and inviting space to assist each client as they begin to rebuild their sense of hope.
