My specializations are working with adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Common struggles I work with are Mood Disorders/Depression/Anxiety/ADHD, etc. I am also strong in helping students having school challenges, whether they are mental health or academic performance-related and pull from my previous experience as a Teacher of 8 years. Another area that I have a multitude of experience with is helping individuals cope with the difficulties that are certain to accompany a Traumatic Brain injury.
I am a big promoter of family involvement and believe it is necessary for positive change. Above all, I provide an empathic, safe, and nonjudgmental space for you to start getting what you want out of life!

Groups
Young Adult Sober Support Group
Support Group for Young Adults (19-27 years). The group members support each other through coping with struggles concerning everyday life and launching into independence. Our group focuses on finding success while staying free from substances. The group is close knit and many members have frequented the group often since its inception in the beginning of 2018. ***AT THE PRESENT TIME, WE ARE DOING GROUP HYBRID IN-PERSON AND ZOOM!!
