Are you an adult in California who needs relief now? I work with clients to decrease distress related to particular traumatic incidents like the loss of a loved one or an accident. If you need help getting unstuck from a traumatic incident or are experiencing performance anxiety, please reach out. EMDR is evidence-based. Because we'll focus on resolving particular issues, this therapy can often work faster to relieve symptoms than traditional therapy. I also provide Adjunct EMDR for clients who already see a therapist.
I'm a Parnell-trained Attachment-Focused EMDR Clinician and Certified EMDR Therapist. I feel honored to accompany my clients as they move toward feeling great, more integrated, healed, and more hopeful.
