Welcome to my practice, conveniently located in the heart of Dupont Circle. I offer therapy for individuals of all backgrounds experiencing a range of concerns, including: anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, chronic health conditions, adoption-related concerns, and more. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I will work with you to help you increase your insight, enhance your relationships, build on your strengths, develop new coping skills, and live a more fulfilling life.
I believe that therapy works best in the context of a supportive and collaborative relationship. I aim to create a safe environment for us to openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through our work, you will come to know yourself more deeply, opening new possibilities for change and growth.
In addition to my general practice, I have extensive experience and special interests in college mental health, perinatal mental health, chronic health conditions, adoptive families and adult adoptees, and cross-cultural issues.
