I have experience working with a number of clinical issues and diagnoses, most frequently with trauma and loss, anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, and identity, self-esteem and relationship problems. I have extensive experience in eating disorders (overeating, binge eating, emotional eating and night eating syndrome) and bariatric assessments.
I have worked with adults, students, adolescents, couples and families. I tailor my approach to the client's unique needs and concerns. I often provide supervision and consultation services to other psychotherapists, and am available for psychoeducational and speaking engagements. I am experienced in leading process and psychoeducational groups.
